Orphan of both parents at 3 due to wild war, I have had dozens of great parents in my family and outside. TETET-95 was a tribute to all of them and they paid for it; and some of my cousins helped in illustrations. I had no idea until now that Prof. Dr. Helmut Vogel (1929-1995) had died vacationing in Spain during winter of 1994-1995. Let this reprint be an open Eulogy to him. He defined (the first) what the length of Fibonacci arcs had to be in sunflowers: he calculated such lengths, masterfully, within algebraic approximations and I merely recalculated them using computer. I sat on his shoulders as another of my putative fathers. No need of translation for this nor for 'Coplas a la muerte de su.. padre' by Jorge Manrique (1440-1479):
